These terms cover the use of this site and the appointments requested through it. By booking, you accept what follows.
What this site is
An informational shop window for HELEN Art Studio: lashes, fine-line tattoos and make-up. It is not a shop — nothing is paid for, contracted or fixed here. Bookings are settled by Instagram direct message, at @helenartstudioo.
Prices
The prices in the Rates section are the ones current at the date shown above and may change. The price that applies to your appointment is the one confirmed to you when you book it.
Some services carry no price here because they depend on the design or the occasion: pageant and gala make-up, and tattoos outside the sizes listed. Those are quoted privately before booking.
Booking and deposit
A €10 deposit is required to book an appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointment — otherwise the deposit will not be refunded or valid for future appointments.
Changes and cancellations are sent through the same channel the booking was made on, so the time of notice is on record.
Before your appointment
Tell us privately if you have allergies, any skin or eye condition, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are on medical treatment that could affect the service. Some techniques cannot be used in those situations.
Tattoos are done only for people aged 18 or over, on sight of an identity document.
If a service needs any preparation beforehand, you are told when the appointment is confirmed.
Photographs of the work
The studio posts photographs of its work on Instagram. If you would rather a photograph you appear in were not posted, say so before or during the appointment and it is not posted.
This site’s content
The text, logo and images on this site belong to the studio. They may not be reproduced or reused without permission; sharing a link to a page, of course, is fine.
Liability
The information on this site is indicative and is no substitute for medical or dermatological advice. The studio is not liable for occasional interruptions in access to the site, nor for the content of third-party pages linked from it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
