Who is behind this site

This site belongs to HELEN Art Studio. For anything about it, write to us on Instagram at @helenartstudioo.

This site collects no data

There is no contact form, no sign-up, no basket, no mailing list. No page asks you for a detail, and nothing you do here is stored or sent to us.

There are no first-party cookies either, and no tools measuring visits. That is why there is no cookie notice: there is nothing to accept.

The typefaces the site is set in are loaded from a Google service. That is the only connection to a third party this page makes.

The only thing kept is your language

If you pick Spanish or English in the switcher, that choice stays in your own browser so you are not asked again. It never leaves your device, it never reaches the studio, and it says nothing about you beyond the language. It disappears if you clear this site’s data in your browser.

When you write on Instagram

The booking and contact buttons lead to Instagram. Tapping one takes you off this site, and from there Instagram’s own terms apply.

In a direct message we see your username and whatever you tell us about the appointment. It is used to handle that appointment, it stays in that conversation, and it is passed to nobody and used to send you no advertising.

Your rights

Since this site collects no data about you, there is nothing here to see, correct or delete: no record of your information exists.

If you have written to us on Instagram, those messages are in your conversation: you can delete them from the app itself, or ask us there to delete the conversation on our side.

If you still believe your data has not been handled as it should, you may go to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

If this changes

If the site ever adds a form, a shop or anything else that processes data, this page is updated first. The date above says when it was last reviewed.
